WAITER / WAITRESS
  • Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
  • Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
  • Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
  • Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
  • Must have all certifications and licenses as required by labor office
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
  • Prepares broiled meats, chicken according to recipe requirements.
  • Keeps entire kitchen clean, stocks and sets up rotation.
  • Keeps prepared food continuously moving out of the kitchen.
  • Operates and maintains equipment properly.
  • Cleans throughout the shift.
  • Following food health and safety procedures
  • Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
