- Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
- Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
- Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by labor office
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
- Prepares broiled meats, chicken according to recipe requirements.
- Keeps entire kitchen clean, stocks and sets up rotation.
- Keeps prepared food continuously moving out of the kitchen.
- Operates and maintains equipment properly.
- Cleans throughout the shift.
- Following food health and safety procedures
- Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
